One of my all-time favorite Kansas City traditions is First Friday Weekend. There is no better way to spend a weekend morning than grabbing a coffee and wandering the shops in the West Bottoms.
But with the world staying at home and many businesses (unfortunately) pressing the pause button on their brick and mortar locations, this is the first time that West Bottoms’ First Friday is unable to be open in the way we have been used to. Like so many others, the shops and vendors are going virtual and finding new creative ways to connect with customers. As many of you know, Bella Patina is my go-to spot on these weekends.
