Just over two years out from giving birth to Beckham, I am FINALLY starting to feel more myself mentally and physically. One of the things I have missed most in the last few years has been hosting family and friends. While we have had little events here and there, we haven’t hosted much due to having a newborn/toddler and all the things that inevitably come along with that.
To get back into the swing of hosting, I decided to have a little ‘family dinner’ with people closest to us and hopefully make it a monthly event. The planner in me loves this kind of project and I took the opportunity to map out the theme, dishes, and extras which I am excited to now share with you!
With summer kicking off, my Pinterest feed has been full of Mediterranean views of the ocean, the coast, and delicious snack boards with wine. Taking a page out of that book, I landed on a Mediterranean theme for the first try at this and have let the Pinterest gods take me down some recipe rabbit holes from there.
